    holiday basketball camps

    Take full advantage of our “No School” camps and clinics by signing your athlete up to improve their overall confidence.  We will cover specific basketball skill sets in each camp while targeting certain aspects of sport specific fitness and injury prevention techniques to help increase athletic awareness.  

    sports specific strength training

    For the athlete needing to take their physical confidence to the next level in a small group setting.  Football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, baseball and fastpitch athletes will experience more confidence through this program.  Vertical Jump Training, Untamed Speed Training, Upper Body Strength and Total Body Strength are all part our strength curriculum.
