For coaches or parents (grades 4-12) wanting to take their individual athlete's or team's mental and physical confidence to the next level through our team sports specific strength training workouts. CRF has proven that teams who train together under the same philosophy communicate better which is critical when it comes to competing at a high level, TOGETHER.

Spring break I.Q. Enhancement camp

The camp focus will be learning the fundamentals of basketball team play both intellectually and socially. Participants will be placed in team oriented drills to simulate a game like atmosphere covering both offensive and defensive concepts. The last two hours athletes will have the opportunity to utilize skills developed in competitive scrimmages as we teach them how to play without referees. I.e. calling violations, their own fouls and most importantly how to deal with adversity, socially.
