2018 Summer Performance Training Camp

Program runs for 10 weeks | June 11th-august 23rd

*No sessions the week of July 4th*

For the athlete (grades 5-12) interested in taking his or her physical confidence to the next level in a small group setting during the summer.  Football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, baseball and fastpitch athletes will experience more confidence through these programs.

A CRF coach will oversee the athlete's program during the initial week of testing and the final week to measure results.  There will be a 6:1 athlete to coach ratio for each 90 minute session.

  • Flexibility - athletes will focus on improving range of motion and joint mobility before and after each workout.
  • Stability - athletes will engage in exercises each session that will help increase joint and muscular stability prior to any physical activity.
  • Vertical Jump Program - for athletes looking to increase their explosiveness while landing safely at the same time.
  • Speed Training Program - for athletes looking to improve their running mechanics and increase their speed.
  • Upper Body Strength - for athletes looking to increase their upper body strength.
  • Total Body Strength - for athletes that want to target all of their major muscle groups in one session.
