2018 Summer Elite Basketball Camp

Camps are co-ed and grades are based on the 2017-18 school year.

Year round CRF Sports Academy introduces our version of what 'basketball preparation training' should look like - Our  sessions are capped so that we maximize our time with each participant and minimize the opportunity for stagnant, stand around time. In addition to our progressive basketball curriculum, we challenge each athlete's mental and physical capacities with Sports Specific Strength Training for the first hour of each session. Our development plan and the strategic ability to execute that plan is what makes the CRF experience second to none in the area! 

The kids that we are targeting are the ones that want to get in the gym, work hard and strive to be the best. This is a great, cost effective scenario for your kid to see WHY we have the most dynamic and result based training group in the Twin Cities. 

  • 10:1 Athlete to Coach Ratio 
  • 60 minutes of sport specific strength, speed, agility and conditioning training
  • 60-90 minutes of focused skill development
  • 30-60 minutes of competitive scrimmaging

grades 6-12

Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays, June 11-August 22 (no training the week of July 4th) - 22 sessions
